At Silkaura, we ensure premium quality in every saree and carpet. However, if you are not satisfied, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Tags must be intact

  • Proof of purchase required

Products that show signs of use will not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products

  • Used or washed sarees

  • Carpets damaged after delivery


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refund will be credited to original payment method


5. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by customer unless item was defective.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
